How Pallet Lifecycle Health works
Pallet Lifecycle Health is a platform-owner integrity dashboard that runs eleven independent assertions against the inbound pallet lifecycle every night. It checks that pallets in 'receiving' have receiving events, that 'putaway' pallets have putaway timestamps, that 'emptied' pallets have zero inventory balances, and so on across the full state machine.
Any discrepancy creates an exception record with the specific pallet, the failed assertion, the most likely cause, and a one-click jump to the underlying records. Exceptions auto-resolve when the underlying data corrects itself, so the queue only shows live issues.
For platform owners running multi-tenant operations, this is the cheap insurance against silent operational drift — surfaced before it becomes a billing dispute.
