About

Logistics software built by an operator who codes

Deliver WMS was created to replace the patchwork of spreadsheets, legacy WMS tools, and disconnected delivery apps that slow logistics teams down — at a price the operators legacy vendors ignore can actually afford.

The Story

Why Deliver WMS exists

Michael

Founder & Builder, Deliver WMS

I'm Michael — a business owner and a software engineer. Deliver WMS exists because I kept watching the same thing happen to small and mid-size warehouse operators: they grew, the workload grew, and the tools they were sold by legacy WMS vendors quietly became the bottleneck instead of the leverage.

The spreadsheets started as a workaround. The email threads with clients started as a courtesy. The month-end billing reconciliation started as a "we'll fix it later." None of it scaled. And the alternative — six-figure enterprise WMS quotes with twelve-week implementations — wasn't an alternative at all for the operators I cared about. So I started building.

I'm not a sales engineer. I run a business, I write the code, I talk to operators on the warehouse floor, and I sit with the dispatcher when the route board is on fire at 7am. That's the lens this product is built through. Simpler. More intuitive. More cost-effective. Not as a tagline — as the only constraint that matters when you're deciding whether to ship a feature.

Deliver WMS is the WMS I wanted to use when I was tired of fighting the one I had. It's transparent about pricing, honest about what's shipped versus what's on the roadmap, and architected for warehouses serving multiple clients from day one — not retrofitted from a single-brand tool. If that sounds like the partner you want for the next five years of your operation, we should talk.

Simpler beats feature-rich

Most WMS platforms read like enterprise checklists. We choose the smallest interface that lets an operator finish the job — then stop adding things.

Intuitive enough for the warehouse floor

If a Day-One picker can't use it without a training video, it's broken. We design every screen for the person actually scanning the carton, not the executive demoing the dashboard.

Priced like software, not consulting

Legacy WMS pricing punishes you for growing. Our pricing scales with the value you get — not with seats, modules, or implementation hours.

Our Mission

Give every logistics operation — from a single warehouse to a multi-site network — the tools to execute with speed, accuracy, and full visibility, at a price the operators legacy vendors ignore can actually afford.

Why Deliver WMS

Architecture decisions you'll feel

Six choices that separate Deliver WMS from generic warehouse tools.

01

Ledger-Backed Inventory

Not just CRUD — every movement is an immutable event. Balances are derived from the ledger, giving you an audit trail that survives any dispute.

02

Multi-Tenant Architecture

Tenant isolation isn't bolted on. Every table, every query, every RLS policy is tenant-aware from the ground up — so your clients' data never crosses.

03

Warehouse to Doorstep

No separate WMS, TMS, and delivery app. One platform covers receiving, storage, fulfillment, dispatch, and last-mile — with shared data across every step.

04

10 Roles, Not One-Size-Fits-All

From platform owners to floor workers to B2B clients — each role sees exactly what they need. Role-based access reduces errors and training time.

05

Automated Carrier Shipping

Orders outside your delivery zones are automatically routed to carriers. Labels are generated via rate shopping during picking and ready to print at packing — no manual carrier management.

06

Scan-Driven Receiving

Barcode scanning with automatic exception handling for unknown items, quantity mismatches, and damage. Unknown barcodes are learned and resolved for future scans.

How it works

From dock to doorstep, in one flow

  1. 01

    Receive & Store

Inbound shipments are received with barcode scanning, validated against purchase orders, and directed to optimal storage locations.

  2. 02

    Manage Inventory

Track every unit by SKU, location, and client. Ledger-based balances keep on-hand, reserved, and available quantities accurate.

  3. 03

    Fulfill Orders

Orders are allocated, pick tasks are generated and assigned, items are packed, carrier labels are auto-generated, and shipments are created with tracking numbers.

  4. 04

    Dispatch & Deliver

Orders ship via your fleet or carrier — automatically routed by delivery zone. Plan routes, assign drivers, and track delivery progress in real time with proof of delivery.

  5. 05

    Report & Bill

Operational dashboards show throughput, SLA performance, and cost drivers. Billing views give clients full transparency.
