Warehouse Operations 3PL eCom Dist

Inventory Management

Track SKU-level stock, filter by client or location, transfer and adjust quantities.

Why this matters

Inventory accuracy is the difference between profitable fulfillment and costly chargebacks. The ledger-backed model means every unit is accounted for — every receive, every pick, every adjustment — creating an immutable record that clients and auditors can trust.

Overview

How Inventory Management works

Inventory Management is the central hub for tracking every SKU across the warehouse. It shows current stock levels, locations, client ownership, and status for all inventory items.

Users can filter by client, location, or status to quickly find specific items. The screen supports transfers between locations, quantity adjustments (with audit trail), and low-stock alerting based on configurable minimum thresholds.

All quantity changes flow through the inventory ledger to maintain an accurate, auditable record of every movement — receives, picks, adjustments, returns, and transfers.
