Throughput Report

Orders shipped, pallets received, picks, packs, and cycle-time charts with day/week granularity.

Why this matters

Most operators have a hand-wavy sense of 'we ship same-day or next-day for most orders' and a much vaguer sense of how often that breaks down. Real throughput data — with both median and p90 cycle-time lines — tells you the truth: how slow the slowest 10% of your orders are, and whether that's trending up or down. That's the number that shapes your reputation.

Overview

How Throughput Report works

The Throughput Report shows what is actually happening on the floor across configurable date ranges. Four count charts cover orders shipped per period, pallets received, picks completed, and packs completed. A fifth chart shows cycle time — orders shipped vs orders created — with both p50 (median) and p90 (slow tail) plotted as lines.

A strip of stat cards above the charts summarizes range totals plus the latest p50 and p90 cycle times.

The day/week granularity toggle is a shared primitive that appears on every time-series report. Range filters use the same shared component as the rest of the reports area.
