How Business Reports (client portal) works
The Business Reports surface inside the client portal currently focuses on AR aging — the most-asked client question. Each client sees their own open invoices bucketed by age (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+) and a separate column for any disputed invoices, all scoped strictly to their own data.
Drill into any bucket to see the underlying invoices. Drill into any invoice to see line items, payment status, and dispute information (handled by the Business Billing page).
Operator-side access to the same view is provided through an operator-mode banner — useful for support and during business reviews.
