Business Billing (client portal)
Clients see their own invoices, line items, payment status, and dispute conversations.
Why this matters
Most of a 3PL's inbound billing email is 'what do I owe you?' and 'what is this charge?' The client billing page makes both questions self-service. Clients answer their own questions from the data, your team stops being a switchboard, and your account managers go back to strategic work.

Overview
How Business Billing (client portal) works
Business Billing inside the client portal is the full billing surface a client sees for their own account. Stat cards summarize total outstanding, paid year-to-date, and disputed invoice count. A filterable invoice table lists every invoice with sortable columns for date, due date, status, and amount.
Inline drilldown on any invoice expands the line items — each one traced back to the underlying operational event (the stop, the storage day, the pick, the label) so the client can see exactly what they are being charged for. Payment metadata, the reminder timeline, and any dispute conversation are all visible.
Operator-internal notes (the disposition notes your team writes when resolving a dispute) are excluded from the client view at the data query layer — so there is no path for a future bug to leak them. Clients see the conversation that involves them; they do not see your team's internal handling notes.
